Arrest Warrant Issued For Chad Johnson For Probation Violation Stemming From Evelyn Lozada Assault Conviction Last Year
An arrest warrant has been issued for Chad Johnson out of Broward County, Florida. The warrant stems from his domestic violence conviction involving ex-wife Evelyn Lozada last year. TMZ reports that the Broward County District Attorney’s Office says the former NFL player violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer. A judge issued the warrant on May 7th. Once Johnson is in custody a hearing will be held to determine if he violated his probation. If so he could be sentenced to some jail time. Johnson still has hopes of landing with an NFL team this year. To do that he’s have to stay out of trouble off the field.
